BE IT ~rnE~~D that I, Flora Davis Pollak, of Linfield,
Limerick Township, Montgomery'County, Pennsylvania, being of sound
end dispo~ine mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and
declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in ~anner and form
following, that is to say:
FIaST: I order end direot thet all my just debts, funeral
expenses and the Axpenses of my last illness be paid by my executor
out of my estate aa soon as roay conveniently be done after my de-
cease.
SECO~~: I order and direot that all inheritanoe, estate
and other taxes shall be paid out of the residue of my estate and
not be charged to any partioular benefioiary.
~HIRD: I give, devise And bequeath all the rest, residUA
end remainder of my estate, of whatsoever kind and charaoter end
wheresoever situate, unto my husband, Abraham Pollak, absolutely
end in fee slmple~ in esse he survives me by at least five (5) days,
but in CBse he predeceeses ~e or we both die in a common disaster
or he survives me but dies within five (5) days after my death,
then! give, devise and bequeath the same unto my two sons, Robert
Samuel Pollak and Henry Martin Pollak, and any other ohildren who
~ey be born to ruG atter the making of thJa Will, in equal shares,
absolutely and in fee simple, the children or other lineal descendants
0f an~ child who mey predpcee8P me to teke th~ sh~re ~is or her parent
would have taken if then living, per stirpes and not n!r oanit&,
S11bject to the provisions of paragraph Fourth hereof.
FallRTH: In case ~my of my chl1<'\ren or lineal desoendants
shell become entitled to e share of my residuary estate uncer the
