KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
co UNTY OF DALLAS
THAT I, ELIZABETH JOHNSON MOODY, a feme sole, of the County
of Dallas, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND
NO/IOO DOLLARS and other good, valuable and sufficient consideration to
me in hand paid by ALVIN S. MOODY, the receipt and sufficiency of which
are hereby acknowledged, have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by

the se presents do GRANT, SELL and CONVEY, unto the said ALVIN S, MOODY,
of the County of Harris, State of Texas.. all of the royalty interests and/or
mineral interests owned by me in and under those certain tract:; and parcels
of land located in six counties in the State of Florida, namely:
Okeechobee, St. Lucie, Osceola, Lee, Hendry and Highlands,

described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof to which
reference is hereby made, which royalty interests and/or mineral interests
formerly constituted a part of the community estate of Alvin S, Moody and
Elizabeth Johnson Moody.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD t.he above described premises, together with
all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging lmto
the said ALVIN S. MOODY, his heirs and assigns forever; and I do hereby bind
myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to WARRANT AND FOREVER
DEFEND, all and singular the said premises unto the said Alvin S. Moody, his
heirs and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully clai..TT1ing, or to
claim the same, or any part thereof, by, through or under me, but not othcr-
wise; and specifically excluding from this Special Warranty, the lawful claims
or liens of any person clainli'lg by, through, or under the grantee herein,
Alvin S, Moody, as the Manager of the Community Property heretofore owned
by the parties hereto; and Alvin S. Moody, as part of the consideration for
this conveyance, does warrant for himself, his heirs, executors, administra-
tors, successors and assigns, that he will save grantor herein, Elizabeth
Johnson Moody, harmless from any and all lawful claims or liens of any person
claiming by, through, or unde.r Alvin S. Moody.
Alvin S. Moody assumes and agrees to pay all taxes against the p;:-operty
conveyed herein, for t.he year, 1962, and all prior years,
