This Exhibit contains the legal description of certain royalty interests
and/or mineral interests owned by Elizabeth Johnson Moody and Alvin S. Moody,
as Community Property, in and under and which may be produced and saved
from lands located in six counties in the 'State of Florida, namely:
(1) Okeechobee~ St. Lucie, Osceola, Lee, Hendry and Highlands
title to which is vested in Elizabeth Johnson, Moody and Alvin S. Moody by
conveyanc~ from Consolidated .Naval StoX'e 8 Company to G. Burton Lie se,
et a1 (Alvin S. Moody being one of the grantees therein) dated December
29, 1953, recorded as follows:
