THIS WARRANTY DEED made the /.r day of ~~~
A. D. 1963, by G. FRANK JOHNSON and AMIEE JULIA JOHNSON, his
wife, hereinafter call~d the Grantors,' to PHILLIP A. HOEFFNER and
MARIE HOEFFNER, his wife; BERNARD A. HOEFFNER and MARGARET
HOEFFNER, his wife, and JACOB A. HOEFFNER, a, single adult, whose
post office address is 327 South 13th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida;
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Our undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest in and to:
All that part of Tracts 9, 10, 15 and 16 of Model Land Company
Subdivision of the SEi of Section 23, Township 35 South, Range
39 East, as recorded in Plat Book 2 at page 10 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which is bound as follows:
(1) On the East by the West right of way line of the
- Turnpike frontage road extending from State
Road 1#70 to Coolidge Road.
