THIS WARRANTY DEED made the t-:r--i{ day of March,
A. D. 1963, by PAUL JEAN JACQUIN and DOLORES JACQUIN,
his wife, and MARIE LEONA WOLF, joined by her husbaud, FRANK
WOLF, .and LAVINA THEONILLE COGGINS, joined by her husband, .
G. CAY COGGINS, hereinafter c,alled the Grantors, to PHILLIP A.
HOEFFNER and MARIE HOEFFNER, his wife; BERNARD A.
HOEFFNER and MARGARET HOEFFNER, his wife, and JACOB A.
HOEFFNER, a single adult, whose post office address is 327 South 13th
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida;
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
