DEED OF GIFT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 28th day of February, 1963 betwt:en
MARIAN W. ROHRER, a married woman, and F. SREPPARD ROHRER,
her husband, Parties of the First Part, and LAURA ROHRER
DRYSDALE, a married woman, Party of the Second Part, as to
an ~ndivided one-eighth interest,
WITNESSETH, that the Parties of the First Part, for and in
consideration of the natural love and affection which they
have unto the Second Party, by these presents do grant,
bargain and sell to the said Party of the Second Part as
her sole and separate property, her heirs and assigns for-
ever, an undivided one-eighth interest in and to the follow-
ing described land, situate, lying and being in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
E 1/2 of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4; NW 1/4 of NE
1/4, of SW 1/4; and N 1/2 of SW 1/4 of
NE 1/4 of SW 1/4; of Section 28, Township
3S South, Range 40 East; containing 33.06
acres, more or less; subject to any deduc-
tions or rights of way for Public Highways
or for ditches or rights of way of North
St. Lucie River Drainage District;
above property being otherwise described
as:
Blocks F, G, and H, of MARAVILLA
HEIGHTS, as per Revised Plat of said
Subdivision recorded in Plat tlook S,
Page 1, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Party of the
Second Part, and to her heirs and assigns, in fee simple
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Parties of the First Part have
