DEED OF GIIT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 28~h day of February, 1963 between
MARIAN W. ROHRER, a married woman) and F. SHEPPARD ROHRER)
her husband, Parties pf the First -Part) and WALTER C. ROHRER)
a married man, Party of the Second Part) as to an undivided
one-eighth interest,
WITNESSETH, that the Part~es of the First Part, for and in
consideration of the natural love and affec~~n which they

bargain and sell to the said Party of the Second Part as
his sole and separate property, his heirs and assigns for-

HEIGHTS, as per Revised Plat of said
Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 5,
Page 1, of the public records of St,
Lucie County, Florida.
