Parties of, the First Part, ELIZABtTH VAN TILBORG McGOO&AN and MARY
VAN TILBORG HARDIE, as Executrioes, on the 3rd day of January, 1963,
by petition applied to the County Judge in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, for authority ~o sell oertain raal eetate in said county
hereinafter desoribed, averring it is neoessary and expedient to sell
the same and a190 each an~ every Jurisdictional faoti and the prayer
in said petition having appeared to and be found by said Judge to be
reasonable and just and said petition true and the sale to the best
interests of said estate, said Court rendered the order dated the 3rd
day of January, 1963, direoting the said Exeoutrices to eell the said
real estate at private sale; and thereupon the said Exeoutrioee oon-
traoted to sell the said real estate to the said Party of the Second
Part for t'l1e sum o1''rlr~nt.,. ...1... ,:Tbo:tUla11d~.:"t1a5~Ooo.OO) Dollars, to be
paid as follows: 125,000.00 in oash at the time of olosing. And said
Executrioes reported aaid contraot to said Court, and said Court being
fully advised in the premises found that the price offered for said
real estate and said oontract fair and reasonable and the conditions
of such sale suoh as that the interests of said estate requir~d, by
order rendered on the 3rd day of January, 1963, ratified and confirmed
sald oontract of sale and ordered.said Exeoutrioes to exeoute the deed
to the Party of the Seoond Part as hereinbefore set forth. FURTHER,
G. C. HARDIE, as Guardian of the person and property of SALLY JEAN
VAN TILBORG, a minor, one of the Parties of the First Part, on the
9th day of January~ 1963, by petition applied to ~he County Judge in
and for Sta Lucie County, Florida, for authority to sell oertain real
estate described, averring it is neoessary and expedient to sell the
same and attaohing a oopy of the petition and order authorizing sale
