($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, paid by the
Grantee, and in consideration of the performance by the Grantee
of all th~ termsy provisions and conditions hereinafter referred
to be performed, does hereby bargain, sell, grant, convey and
release unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever all
that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the County of St. Lucie, State of P10rida, described as
follows:
All that Park Area and Recreation Center j
designated on a plat known as Harmony Heights
and recorded in Plat Book 8, page 24 of th~
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with th~ improvements, including the
buildings ana swimming pool situate thereon,
