2. It is acknowledged that the Grantor, it~ successors
and assigns owns certain lots in the Harmony Heights subdivision
area, and tha~ ~eretofore purchasers of said lots were paying
established amounts for purposes of securing pool privileges for
the use of the swia1!ling pool upon the above descri.bed premises;
and, it is agreed that any purchasers, in the future, 9f the remain-
ing premises owned by the Grantor shall have the opportunity of
paying and purchasing pool privileges, in the same proportion
as the earlier and previous purchasers, with the same rights to

at such time as said privileges payments are delivered to the
Grantee hereunder.
The Grantor c~nvenats that it is 'seized of said premises
in fee simple and has good right to convey the same, and that the
Grantee shall quietly enjoy said premises.
