KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE-PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware cOI'porat ion,
by Indenture of Mortgage dated the 28th, day of February, A,D. 1959,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Mortgage Book 153,
Pages 646 through 656, granted and conveyed unto A, J. COSMETTO
and assigns, the premises therein particularly dedcribed, to secure
the payment of the sum of ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
EIGHT AND NO/IOO ($111,708.00) DOLLARS, with interest as therein.

Trustees, did assign sald mortgage to MO~IS STADLER AND ALBERT STADLER,
as Trustees, by assignment of mortgage dated February 2, 1961 and filed
for record on February 3, 1961, as Cler~'s File No. 92080, public records
of St. Lucie.County, Florida, AND -
WHEREAS THE SAID GENERAL DEVELOPME~~ CORPORATION requested, the
said A, J, COSMETTO o~ assigns to release the premises hereinafter
descr1ted, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said A. J. COSMETTO or assigns
as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of TWENTY-TWO
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY-ONE AND 60/100 ($22,341.60) DOLLARS, to him
in hand paid by the said GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION at the time
of execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said GENERftL DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, its successors and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises
conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
The North 275 feet of Government Lot 4, less the East
1296.82 feet thereof; and West 75 feet of Government
Lot 4,less the North 1100 feet thereof all in Section
23, Township 37 South, Range 40 East; and

Government Lot 1 of Section 22, Township 37 SouthJ
Range 40 East; LESS and EXCEPTING therefrom a parcel
of land lying in Government Lot 1 of Section 22,
Township 37 South, Range 40 East, described as follows;
to-wit: For a point of Beginning start at the N W
corner of said Government Lot 1, at a point on the
waters edge; thence run Southeasterly meandering the
waters edge 250 feet to a point; thence run East
500 feat to a point; thence run North nnd parall~l to
the East line of Lot 1, to a point on the North line
of said Lot 1; thence run West along the North line
of said Lot 1 to the point of Beginning. ALL LAND BEING
AND LYING IN ST, I~CIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, its
successors and assigns, forever, freed, exonerated and discharged
of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof;
Provided, always nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall
in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged
premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and
remedies of the holder hereof.
