I, E. B. Caldwell, being first duly sworn on oath sey
that I am engaged in the general contracting business in the con-
struction of buildings and the furnishing of labor and materials
necessary in connection therewith, with home offices in the City
of Moline, Rock Island County, Illinois, at 519 Fourth Avenue;
that on or about the 21st day of August, 1962, E. B. Caldwell,
sole proprietor, entered into a contract with Hospital Developnent
Corporation of Florida, a Florida corporation, to construct and
furnish materials, labor and equipment to build'a certain hospital
building situated on tte following descr~bed land, to-wit:
A parcel of land in Section 35, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, st. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows: Commencing at
the southeast corner of said Section 35, thence run
N 89055'39" H along the South line of said Section
35, 41.85 feet to the Northeasterly Right-of-~ay
line of U.S. Highvay No.1; thence Ii 27055'31" ~l
along said Northeasterly Ri-ght-of-'\'lay line I 2618.17
feet; thence N 62004'29" E, 110 feet to the point o~
beginning of the following des~ribed parcel of land;
thence continue N 62004'29" E 200 feet; thence
8,27055'31" E 495 feet; thence n 62~0!+'29" E 158.11
feet, to the point of curvature of a circular curve
