all in the County of st. Lucie, state of Floridaj and that Fort
Pierce General Hospital, Inc., a Florida,corporation, is the
owner of the aforedescribed premisesj that by virtue of said
contract the said E. B. Caldwell ~as to be paid the total of
the cost of construction, plus five (5~) per cent, for said l~bor
ann materials necessary in connection with said construction,
of which there remains due and unpaid as of the present time
the sum of Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-One and 81/100
.
($8,921.81) Dollars under said contract, all in accordance with
the accounting which is attached hereto and by this reference
uade a part hereof, for preliminary superJiaion, site prepara-
tion and cons~ruction of sign.
That the preliminary work on said construction was
commenced on August 13, 1962, with the actual construction com-
mencing on August 23, 1962, and the last labor and materials were
furnished to the site on January 29, 1963.
That the attached and aforesaid ~ccounting is a just
and true accounting of the cost of construction plus five (5~)
.
