RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the St. Luoie County Planninq and Zoninq Commission,
after holding a public hearinq of whi~~ due notioe was publi.hed
at least fifteen (15) days prior to s~id hearino and all property
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has
recommended to the Board of County Co.-i..ionere of St.' Lucie County,
that the hereinafter described reque.t. for chanqe in zoninq classi-
fication8 be granted, and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Co.-iesioners held a public
hearing on 8aid recommendations on March 12, 1963, after first

publi8hing a notice of said hearing in The Newe Tribune on the 22nd
day of February, 1963, said date beinq at laast 15 days prior to
the date of said hearinq. '
