THAT, SHAMP, INC., a corporation ex!sting under +-lte laws of the
~tate of Florida, of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
Ten And No/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable conslderations,

at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt

transferred and set 0ver, and by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said parties of the second
pa~t the entire undivided interest of SHAMP, INC., in and to that
certain Mo~tgage, bearing date the 3rd day of July, in the year one
thousand nine hundred and fi~ty-seven, made by CENTRAL BANK AND TRUST
COMPANY, as Trustee, to ESTHER 3WACK, as Trustee, and SHAMP, INC., and
which Mortgage was recorded in Mortgage Book 138, page 475, Puulic
Records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described
piece or parcel of land, situate and being in St. Lucie County, State
of Florida, to-wit:

st. Lucie County Records. Reference to the original
Mortgage is hereby made for the legal description of
the p=opexty encumbered thereby:
together with the undivided interest of SHAMP, INC. in the notes or
obligations described in said Mortgage, and the money due and to become
due thereon, with interest from the last interest payment date specified
therein.
