THIS INDENTURE made this 28th day of December, A.D.
1962, between BLUE GOOSE GROWERS, INC., a corporation, exist-
ing under the laws of the state of Delaware, having its
principal place of business in the County of orange and State
California, and THE DEUTSCH COMPANY, a partnership,
WITNESSETH, That Blue Goose GrowerH, Inc., for and
in consideration of the sum of ThiLty-three Thousand Seven
Hundred Thirty-eight and 39/100 Dollars ($33,738.39), to it
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granteLi, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed
and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto THE
DEUTSCH COMPANY, a partnership, and to the hei~R, successors
and assigns of said grantee forever, all that certain land
lying and being in the County of st. Lucie, State of Florida
more particularly described as follows:

aforesaid Jection 32, a distance of 1664.25
feet to the point of beginning: thence
continue east along the north line of afore-
said Section 32, a distance of 1664.25 feet;
thence run south, and parallel to the east
line of Section 32, a distance of 2673.96
feet to the east-west quarter line of section
32: thence run west along said east-west
quarter line, a distance of 1669.26 feet:
thence run north 2673.08 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing 102.30 acres more
or less.
