KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whereas, it is proposed by the STATE OF FLOIl.
IDA, by and through its component agency, The State Road P..ePartment of Florida, to locate, construct,
maintain and/or improve a portion of State Road 8-611 , Section 94631 ,
In , St _ T .1I~ i. Counl)', Florida, in aocordance with survey and plans on file In the ofEce
of the ~te Road Deparbnent of Florida; and,
WHEREAS, A portion of the lands involved and necessary to said section of road is subject to
Mar tgage held
by the undersigned; and.
WHEREAS, On behalf of the State of Florida a request has been made for the undersigned to
subordinate said encumbrance to (be property rights of the State of Florida in and to the portion of the
premises hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the premises and one doliill'
and other good and valuable considerations, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, tha under-
signed subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of the State of Florida, to locate, construct,
maintain and/or improve said section of road over, through. u~n, and/or across the following described

Right of Way Hap of Section 94631-2603, S~ate Road S-611 as filed in
Map Book 1, page 122 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
