in St. Luci. County, Florida, in accordance with survey and plans on file in the office
of the State Road Department of Florida; and,
. WHEREAS, A portion of the lands involved and necessary to said section of road is subject to

WHEREAS, On behalf of the State of Florida a request has been made for the undersigned to
subordin~te SlUd encumbrance to the property rights of the State of Florida in and to the portion of the
