WE, P. K. THREET and ANNIE THREET, hu.band and wife, of Fort
Pieroe, Florida, both being of sound disposing mind and memory, do
hereby make, publish and deolare thh to be our last will and testa-
ment, hereby revoking all previoue will~ by either of us ~ndel
(1) It is our will that all just debts and funeral expensee be
promptly paid out of the prinaipal of our estate.
(2) Wo ~iv~, dovise and bequeath all the residue and remainder
of our estates of whatever location or description, of which we, or
either of us dhs possellSed, or over which we, or either of U8 have
power of dis~osition or any interest wha~o8ver, each unto the other,
meaning thereby that the survivor of U8 shall be the ab801u~e owner
of all th,t either of us possess.
(3) In the event that our deaths should occur simultaneously,
or approxim>>.toly so. or in the same common accident or cal~ity, or
under an~r circum'lt..llces c..using doubt as to which oB us survived the
other, then we hereby give, devise Rnd bequeath our entire remainir.g
estate unto Mariola ~rshal1, P. O. Box 171, Fort Pierce, rlori~a,
and Williw J~e8~tahal1, P. O. box 171, Fort Pierce, Florida, share
and share alike.
