Flood Control District, and containing
one hundred thirty-four and fifty-hundredths
(134.50) acres, more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same; together with the tenements,
heredi taments and appurtenances thereto belonging, and the rents,
issues and profits thereof, unto the mortgagee, in fee simple.
