D. 1961, executed and acknc~ledged by FORT PIERCE MEMORIAL liOSPITAL, INC., a non-profit corporation exi.sting under the laws of Florida. and recorded in Official Recc~d Book 16, page 207 public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage deed was assigned to Life Insurance Company of Georgia by assignment dated the 19th day of October, 1961 and recorded in Official Record Book 21, page 214, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the land in St. Lucie County, State of Florida described as follows: A rectangular tract embracing the East 275 feet of the former rights of way of Avenues "F" and "G" (vacated by t,he City of Ft. Pierce Ords. No. D-204 and D-163 respectively), lying south of Block 2, and between Blocks 2 and 5 respectively; Lots 1 through 7, the E 1/2 of Lot 8, the E 1/2 of Lot 17, and all of Lots 18 and 19 of Block 2 of DUTTON TERRACE, as per plat thereof o~ file in Plat Book 3, at page 8 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and those portions of Lots 7 through 10, Block 3 of DITTMARS ADDITION TO EDGARTOWN, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, at page 161 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida {alSO shown on ASSESSORS MAP OF NORTH PART OF FORT PIERCE, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Bock 1, at page 164 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida) lying between the right of way for North 7th Street as now laid out and in use, and the projection southerly of a line from the midpoint of the South line of Lot 17, Block 2, of aforesaid DUTTON TERRACE, PARALLEL TO THE East line thereof; said prolonged line being approximately 84 feet West of the East lines of Lots 7 and 10, Block 3 of said DITT~~qS ADDITION TO EDGARTOWN, while the West right of way for North 7th Street is approximately 191 feet East of the West line of Lots 8 and 9, Block 3 of said DITTMARS ADDITION TO EDGARTOWN, and also each and every note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money due and to become due thereon, with interest from the 15th day of March, 1963.
