I, the undersigned officer lawfully authorized to take and
certify this acknowledgement in the next abcrve named State
and County, hereby certify that before me there 'l.n this day
came Jason B. Gilliland, Vice Presider.t, and Sam p. Hatch,
Secretary, of Life Insurance Company of Georgia, a corporation
under the laws of the State of Georgia: that said individuals
so appearing before me are known to me to be the individuals
and the officers aforenamed of said corporation described in
