Lucie County Records, lying West of Ridge Haven Road.
It is the intention of this conveyanc~ to vest tiUe in
the respective grantees to th&t portioO'of the herein
described land (which is a roadway) which is em-
braced within a projection of the ij,orth-South lot lines
0f the grantees as extended to the mid-line of said
roadway; except as to Marvin Marks and Viola Marks,
his wife, it is intended to vest title in said grantees
to that pc.rtion of the hereinbefore described land which is
embraced within the North-south lot lines of Lot 14 as
extended to the North right of way line of said roadway.
And further it is the intention of L'lis conveyance to vest
title in Lossie T. Mathews and Neva L. Mathews, his
wife, to the portion of the hereinbefore described land
which is embraced within a projection of the North-
South lot lines of said grantees as extended to the
North right of way line of said roadway.
It is further understood that the consideration fOr this
conveyance is a covenant on the part of the respective
grantees with the grantor and with the other grantees,
each for their respective selves to keep and maintain
that portion of the roadway, hereby conveyed to him,
her, or them, in a good state of repair, at all times.
This deed supplements that certain Deed dated October
31, 1957, and recorded in Deed Book 232, at page 598,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOOETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simlE forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has exec uted
this Deed the day and year first above written.
