tract of land whi~h lies East of the East right-of-way line of
the Florida East Coast Railway:
Beginning at a point on the South boundary of Lot 1, Section
15, 'TOwnship 35 South, Range 40 East, where said South boundary
line intersects tne waters of Indian River; thence run West 8
chains and 44 links, more or less, to the right of way of the
Florida East Coast Railway: thence Northerly along said Railway
:right-of-way 4 chains and 85 links, more or less, to the land of
Charles A. Gates, (formerly known as the "Budd Place") i thence
North 88 degrezs 5 minutes East 7 chains and 66 links, more or
1esa, to the Indian R~veri thence Southerly along the waters of
Indian River 5 chains and 33 links, more or less, to the point of
beginning.

This mortgage shall also secure the payment of any future
advances or loans that may be made by the M~rtgagee to the P~rt-
gagor at any time within ten years hereafter even tl10ugh no in-
debtedness is outstanding hereunder, provided L~at the maximum
principal amount of monies so secured shall not exceed $10,000.00
