AGRZEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, Made this 21st day of March, A,D. 1963, by an
between H. o. CLARK and RUBY CLARK,' husband and wife, of Fort
Pierce, Florida, hereinafter c::illed the "Grantors", anC: EDWARD P.
SUMMERL~N and BETTY L. SUMMERLIN, husband and wife, of Fort Pierce,
F1orida, hereinafter called the "Grantees",
WHEREAS, the Grantohs are the owners in fee simple of the
following described property, to-wit:
Lots 16 and 19, Block C, Ben Hoggls Addition
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1,
Page 1, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
and,
WHEREAS, toe Grantees are the owners in fee simple of the
following described property, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block C, Ben Haggis Addition, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, page I,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
and
WHEREAS, the Grantors have a private driveway located on the
South 12 feet of Lot 16, and on the East 12 feet of Lot 19, both
in Block C, Ben Haggis Addition, which tbe Grantees are desirous
ot: using I and
WHEREAS, the Grantors have agreed, for the consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00) paid by the Grantees, the receipt of which by
the Grantsrs is hereby acknowledged, and for the further considera
tion of the Grantees paving the private driveway on the East 12
feet of Lot 19, Block C, Ben Hoggls Addition as hereinbefore
described with material acceptable to the Grantors and to the City
of Fort Pierce, a municipal corporation, to grant to the Grantees
a non-exclusive easement for the use of the two private driveways,
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH:
