the Grantees to the Grantors, the Grantors grant to the Grantees,
their heirs and assigns, full and free right and authority to use
the two private driveways hereinabove described so long as the
Grantors own the hereinabove described property or ~~ve not leased
the said hereinabove described lots for a valuable consideration.
It is further understood and agreed that the Grantees
will not require tl1e Grantors to move any of their rolling stock
or rolling stock of any of its suppliers when the said private
driveways are being used for the purpose of unloading or loading
merchandise of the Grantors, who conduct a furniture business
north of the Grantees' property, and that said private driveways
are used in and about the business of the Grantors.
