created by the Acts of the Florida Legislature of 1949, with its principal
office at 901 Evernia Street, and whose mailing address is Post Office Box 1611
\-lest Palm Beach, of the County of PaJ.m Beach, in the State of Florida, party of
the first part, and HARRISON HOLDINGS FLORIDA INC., l Florida c:)rporation, c/o
Carlton and McCain, Attorneys, 133 North Fourth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
party of the second part;
WIT N E SSE T H :
That the said party of the first part, for and' in consideration of

acknowledged, has remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents
does remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, en

That portion of the East lSO feet of Section 32, Town-
ship 34 South, Range 38 East, that lies Westerly and
Southerly of the Westerly and Southerly line of the
right of way for Canal 25 Extension; said right of way
line is more specifically described as follows:
From a l-inch iron pipe marking the Southeast (SE)
corner of said Section 32, bear North O. 53' 12"
East along the East line of said Section, a distance
of 24)1.18 feet to the point of beginning; Thence,
North 20 24' 44" West, a distance of 335.36 feet;
Thence, North 50 53' 00" West, a distance of 637,09
feet; Thence, North 10 13'00" East, a distance of
960,42 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to
the left, having a central angle of 910 01' 43" and
a radius of 355 feet; Thence, in a Northwesterly
direction along the arc of said curve, a distance of
564,01 feet to the point of tan~ncy and the end of
the specifically described line.
The bearings in the above description refer to the standard
plane rectangular coordinate system for the East Zone of
Florida.
It is the sole intent and purpose of this instrument to re-
lease and quitclaim all right, title and interest in and to
the above described land that was acquired by the Grantor
herein by virtue of that certain quitclaim deed dated
January 22, 1963, as recorded in Official Records Book 56,
Page S72, and further by that certain quitclaim dp-ed dated
December ~l 1962, as recorded in Official Records Book
56, Page 5~, st. Lucie County, Florida, public records.
