WITNESSETH. That in consideration of an initial payment of TWENTY-F IVE
DOLLARS ($2~.OO) and an annual rental payment .qual to the amount of annual
taxes on the leased parcel, the Lessor has let and does by these presents let
and lease unto the Leise., its iucceslors and aSligns, the following parcet of

10 min. East, 33.23 feet to a con,rete monument and the Point
of Beginning of the lands herein described.
From said Point of Beginning run North 3 deg. - 22 min. East,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Lessee, its successors and

purposes in Connection with fire control. In the event that said land should
cease to be used for legitimate State Forestry purposes for a continuous period
of five (5) years, th.n said lands shall revert to the Lessor, its SUCCtGsors and
assigns, and the Lessee shall have no further rights, title and interast therein,
but shall have the right to remove from said lands any and all improv.monts, fix-
tures, guods, wares, merchandise, and any other Pfoperties it may have placed
thereon.
The laid Lessor does hereby warrant the title to said land aboVi describftd
and covenants that same is free from all 1i.ns and incumbrances and covenant a to
defend the title thereto for the benefit of the Less.., its suocessors and assigns,
to protact the Lesaee in its us. and enjoyment of the }~operty above described in
accoTdance with tho terms hereof, subject to a mortgage held by Ths Prudential
