less and excepting therefrom the following:

at the Northwest corner thereof and run thence East to the North-
east corner thereoff thence South a distance of 49.15 feet; thence

thence Westerly to a point 43.05 feet South of point of beginning;

That p3rt of the above describedconveY0d premises which is des-
cribed as the North 30 feet of the SW~ of the SE~ (less that part
thereof lying within the E~ of E~ of said SW~ of SE~) being sub-
ject to an easement granted Sheffield T. Abood et ux., their heirs
and assigns, by deed recorded in Deed Book 170, Page 15, to use
said 30 foot strip for road purposes and/or culverts for drainage.
This conveyance also includes the 1962-63 citrus crop now matured
or maturing on the trees growing on the premises hereby conveyed.
