as part i e s of the first part and the STATE OF FLORIDA, for the use and benefit of the State Road
Department of Florida, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That the said parti.~ of the first part, for and in coMideration of the rom of
One Dollar and other valuable considerations, paid, receipt of which is hereby acmowledged, do_
hf'xeby grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the party of the second ~, its su~ors and assigns, the
following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of 3t. Lucle
State of Florida, to-wit:
That part of the North 355.59 feet of the Northeast 1/4
of the Southeast 1/4 and that part of the 3ou.th 175.64
feet of the SEt of the NEt, all in Section 16, Township
36 South, Range 40 East, less the existing right of way
for state Road S-605, all lying within 33 feet of the
Baseline of survey and/or centerline of right of way
according to the right of way IDap of State Road 3-605
Section 94560-2601, RS filed in Map Book 1 at pages 139
and 140 in the office 0~ the clerk of the circuit court
of st. Lucie County, Florida, said baseline and/or center-
line being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point South 24 deg. 59 min. 05 sec. East
and 23.88 feet from the Southeast corner of said Section
16, run North 00 deg. 14 min. 08 sec. West a distance of
2648.12 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left;
thence Northwesterly along said curve having a central
angle of 02 d8g. 04 min. 39 sec. anu a radius of 5729.65 feet;
a distance of 207.75 feet to the end of said curve; thence
North 2 deg. 18 min. 47 sec. West a distance of 7140 feet
to the be-ginning of a curve to the right; thence Northwesterly
along said curve having a central angle of 02 deg. 03 min.
48 sec. and a radius of 5729.65 feet, a distance of 206.33
feet to the end of said curve; thence N. 00 deg. 14 min.
59 sec. West a distance of 2167.38 feet to the NE corner of
said Section 16. Said parts containing 0.28 of an acre
more or less.
This is a corrective deed given to correct the description
in that certain deed from Paul Boudrias and Eliane Boudrias,
his wif~ to the State of Florida dated February 22, 1963,
and recorded in Official Records Book 58 at page 364 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
