of said State, who under the Constitution of said State, have full power to remit fines and for-
feitures, commute punishments, and grant pardons after convictions, it was determined that
H. R. THOMPSON,
who was convicted in th ') Circuit Court, Suwannee County , f'.1ay term
1948, of tne offense of Forgery and sentenced therefor to five
years in the state Prison, and who was also convicted in the
Circuit Court, Marion County, Fall term 1948, of the offense of
Forgery and sentenced to serve twenty years in the state Prison,
should now, upon showing made, be granted a full and complete
pardonj it being shown that sinae he was granted a conditional
pardon in June 1957, he has lived a law-abiding life, and the
Florida Parole Commission recommended that he be granted a full
and complete pardon.

hereby granted a full and complete pardon of the above offenses,
thereby restoring to him full and complete civil rights.
