Begin at a point in the South line of the N '1/2, of the
NE 1/4, of the SW 1/4, of Section 13, Township 35 South,
of Range 39 East, st. Lucie County, Florida, 100.22 feet
East of the Southwest corner thereof: thence run North mak-
ing an angle of 90 degrees, 04 minutes, 14 seconds: measured
East to North with said South line, a distance of 135.63
feet to the South right-of-way of proposed Taro Street,
thence East making an angle of 89 degrees, 55 minutes, 56
seconds with the preceeding course a distance of 100 feet
along said South rigth-of-way, then~e Southerly parallel
to the first course a distance of 135.56 feet to a point
in aforesaid South line; thence West along aforesaid South
line a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning; be-
ing also the West 40 feet of Lot 6, and the East 60 feet

heretofore conveyed to Saint Lucie County, by instrument
filed in Deed Book 241, page 283, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida: ALSO the South 270 feet of the North
472 feet of tre l'1est 60 feet of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of
the SW 1/4, being also the portion of proposed WELL ROAD
West of Block Four, to be dedicated in the proposed sub-
division, Unit One, Parkway Grove Estates; and ALSO all of
the South 60 feet of the North 532 feet, less the East
821.25 feet, of 6~id N 1/2 of the NE 1/4, of the SW 1/4
being also the tangent portion of proposed TARO STREET to
be dedicated in aforementioned proposed subdivision; all
being in Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
Saint Lucie County, Florida.
