THIS INDENTURE, mad~ this 6th day of Maroh, A. D. 1963, between
DENNIS F. OHURCH and JEWEL OHURCH, his wife, Parties of the First
Part, and CLAYTON W. SMITH and EDNA G. SMITH, his'wife, Parties of
th" Seoond Part.
WITNESSETH: That the said Parties of the First Part for and in
oonsideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR and other valuable oonsidera-
tions to them in hend paid by the Parties of the Seoond Part, the
reoeipt whereof is hereby.aoknowledged, have granted, babgained and
sold; and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell to the said
Parties of the Seoond Part, their heirs and &ssigns, a right of way
and easement eighteen (18) feet wide in, upon and over that oertain
paroel of land lying and being in st. Luoie County, Florida, more
partioularly described as follows:
The South 18 feet of the East 199 feet of
the following d6soribed property, to-wit:
The North 200 fee~ of the South 400 feet
of the East 340 feet of Outlot 17 of White
Cit!, Florida, according to the plat thereof
reoorded in Plat Book 1, page 201 of the
Public Reoords of St. Lucie County, Florida;
said lot lying in and comprising a part of
the NEi of the NEt of Section 4, Township 36
Sout~, Range 40 East.
This Deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the
Parties of the Seoond Part, their heirs, legal representatives and
ass~gns, a right of way and eaeement in and to said lands for a drive
way, passage way and a way of ingres6 and egress to and from the
public roads, streets and highways for all lawful and proper purposes~
And the said Parties of the First Part do hereby fully warrant
the title to said land and will,defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoeyer.
