EAST COAST LUMBER and SUPPLY COMPANY, 308 Avenue A, Fort
~1orce, Florida being duly sworn says that in pursuance
of a contract with JOE and JESSIE B. FOP.D, 1419 Avenue N
Fort Pierce, Florida has furnished lumber and building
Materials to the value of $366.40 on the following des-
cribed real property:
Middle 1/3 Lot 2 & 3 Blk I, Happy
Land Subdivision as per Plat Book 8 Pg. 60 of Public Re-
cords St. Lucie Co. Florida
More Particularly described
as fol10\'is to \-lit: Begin at NE co~er of said Lot 2 and
run Westerly alcng North line of said Lot 2, 50' to point
of beginning thence continue on said North line 50' to a
point thence turn anrj run South para1le 1 \','i th 'des t side of
the saiJ Lots 2 & 3 to the South line of said Lot 3, thence
turn and run E~st alonG the said South line of said Lot 3
50' to a point thence turn and run Northerly to the point
of beg1nr.ing,
owned by JOE and JESSIE B. ?8RD whose
interest in such real property is Fee Simple.
He further says that the last ite~ of materials was furnish-
ed on the Twe1th day of June, 1961, and, of the contract
price stated, there 1s unpaid the amount of $366.40 for
which amount he claims a lien ~n the real property herein
cesc ribed.
