KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whereas, it f.s proposed by the STATE OF FLOR-
IDA, by and through its component agency, The State Road Department of Florida, to locate, construct,
maintain and/or improve a portion of State Roar! ---> Secti~4505 ,
in St. IA1c'l.e County, Florida, in accordance with survey and plam on file in the office
of the State Road Department of Florida; and,.. ~
WHEREAS, A portion of the lands involved and necessary to said section of road is subject to

WHEREAS, On behalf of the State of Florida a request bas been made for the undersigned to
subordinate said encumbrance to the property rights of the State of Florida in and to the porticn of the
premises hereinafter described. ' .
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the premises and one dollar
and other good and valuable considerations, paid, receipt of whicb is hereby acknowledged, the under-
signed suhordinates said encumbra!lce to the property rights of the State of Florida, to locate, construct,
