ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, H. E. CENTER and
, .
K.A THERINE E. CENTER, his wife, of the first part, in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, tOU13 in hand paid
'by SILVER PALACE PHARMACY, INC., a corporation, as party of the
second par.t, at or before the ensealing and delive:y of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain,
sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part,
a certain indenture of lease bearing date of May 10, 1949, made by _
EZelle G. Lyons and Ernest F. Lyons, her husband, and Mary G. Warlick
and William C. Warlick, her husband, as Lessors, to H. E. Center, as
Lessee and recorded in Deed Book 154, at pages 399-404 of the public
reco:-ds of St. Lucie County, Florida, (an undivided one-half interest in
said lease having been assigned to the said Katherine E. Cent~r under
date of February 25, 1950), real estate situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
The double store space located at the Southwest
corner of Orange Avenue and South Sixth Street,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, which
store rooms are situated on the Eqst portions of
Lots 1 and 4 (except the North 6. 65 feet of Lot 1
to City for Street) of Block 4, of CARLTON'S
ADDITION to the City of Fort Pierce, Florida;
subject to an Easement over the South 10 feet
of Lot 4 (except the West 54 feet thereof); being
the or.e-story space of the Gober Building, now
and heretofore occupied by said Lessee and operated
under the trade name of Silver Palace Pharmacy.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second
part, its successors and assigns, for the remainder of the demised term.
