Tuts INDENTURE, made this c;)./,!tday. of ~1a rch, 1963, between ALPHILD JAMISON, the duly appointed and acting guardian of EMILIE JACOBSEN, an incompetent, Grantor, and PHILIP H. HOUCK and BETTE N. HOUCK, his wife, whose mailing addhss is c/o Lakev1.ew Building, North Palm Beach, Florida , Grantors: WIT N E SSE T H: That on'the 20th'daj of March, '1963, upon the Petition of the Grantor, the'Honorable Mile~ B. Mank II, County Judg~ in and > for Indian River County, Florida,authorizea, ratified and confirme the sale of the property hereinafter described to the Grantees, and authorized the Grantor to complete said sale of the property ---- hereinafter described to the Grantees. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and in further consideration of the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND and no/lea ($15,000.00) DOLLARS, purchase money paid at or before the sealing and delivery of this d~ed, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged Grantor has sold and conveyed, and does hereby sell and conv~Y to the Grantees, PHILIP H. HOUCK and BETTE N. HOUCK, his wife, their heirs and assigns forever, in fee simple forever, the following described property lying and being in St. Lucie County, rlorida, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A life estate in and to the following described property: All of Lot 4 of ANDREWS AND COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION OF that part of the North 650 feet of Government Lot No. 2 of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East. lying East of the Florida East Coast Railway Company's Right-ofwway, according to the survey and plat m&de by Elmer Robb, C.E. in June 1911 and of record in Plat Book 1, page 33, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. Said Lot 4 extends from the Indian River on the East, to the Florida East Coast Railway Right-of-way, on the West, and is crossed by the Public Road known as Indian River Drive. TOGETHER with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. SUBJECT to all taxes and assessments against said property or any part thereof for the year 1963 and subsequent years. .
