ICRAWFORD, who, after first being duly sworn, deposes and says:

County of St. Lucie, and that Affiant knew ALEX T. GRAY during
his lifetime, and Affiant does know of his own knowledge that
ALEXANDER T. GRAY, ALEX T. GRAY and A. T. GRAY are all names used
by one and the same individual, and that the said ALEX T. GRAY

deceased.
