The Mortgagor hereunder and the Mortgagee hereunder; as a pRrt of the
consideration hereof, covenant and agree that the two Promissory Note
secured hereunder, shall on their face indicate each to be payable on
demond, shall not bE czlled for payment unless the mutual and Joint
consent for payment is requested by e.ch of the Paye~s in Slid Notes,
to-wit: Powell R. Smith and The Anastasia Corporation. It is thz in-
tent of this covenant .nd agreement th.t one note may not be called
for payment without the other note being called for payment, and that
both notes may not be c.lled for payment without the Joint consent of
the two designated payees:
