LEA S E TIllS LEASE made this J.3 ~ay of January, 1963, by and be- tween ANN K. EGAN, a widow, hereinafter referred to as LESSOR, and GUSTAVE 1>1. MACKAL and ~4~tt~CKAL, his wife, hereinafter referred to as LESSEE, WIT N E SSE T II: TQat in consideration of the covenants herein contained on the part of the said LESSEE to be kept and performed, said LESSOR does hereby lease to the said LESSEE, the following described property: Lot 1 of the SUBDIVISION OF S. W. JENNINGS ESTATE, comprising Lot 16 of ASSESSOR'S MAP OF THE NORTH PART OF FORT PIERCE, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, at page 22, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 1~ HAVE AND TO HOLD, the premises aforesai~ unto said LESSEE frow the 1st day of February, 1963, for the term of five (5) years then next ensuing, yielding and paying for the same as hereinafter set out, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per month, payable on the 1st day of each month thereafter. The aoove described proper~-y is subj ect to an Agreement for Deed from the late ALPHA POLLEY, Deceased, to the late ~~RTIN EGAN, Deceased. The interest of the said ~~RTIN EGAN in said Agreement for. Deed, prior to his death, was transferred to ANN K. EGAN, the LESSOR herein. Allcf the monthly payments due under this Lease by the LESSEE to LESSOR shall be payable directly to the Estate of ALPHA POLLEY. The LESSEE on or before the first day of each month will deliver to the LESSOR their check in the amount of $150.00 pay- able to the Estate of ALPHA POLLEY. It shall be the duty of the LESSOR to forward said checks to the legal representative of the Estate of ALPHA POLLEY. ,,:~-.~
