The LESSOR shall pay all taxes or assessment which may be
levied ag3inst the above described propet'ty. The LESSOR and LESSEE
~hall each be responsible for insuriug their respective l.nterest
in the above described property. The LESSOR shall be responsible
for the upkeep of the exterior of the premise;, includiny the roof,
and the LESSEE shall be responsible for the upkeep of the i.nterior
