MACKAL and H:A1!'fIBR E MACKAL, his wife, party of the second part, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, assign and transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a certain Lease and Option Agreement bearing date tl1e 21st day of November, 1960, made by MARTIN EGpB and ANK K. EGAN, Lessors ~o KAY ARNO, Lessee, said Lease being recorded in Official Record Book 6, page 24 of the public records of St. Lu~ie County, Florida: said Lease having been assigned by the said KAY ARNO to party of the first part by assignment of Lease dated the 28th day of August, 1961: said Assignment recorded in Official Record Book 17, page 286 public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described piece or parcel of land situate and being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit: Lot 1 of the SUBDIVISION OF S. W. JENNINGS ESTATE, comp~'ising Lot 16 of ASSESSOR'S HAP OF 'DIE NORTH PART OF FORT PIERCE, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, at page 22, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. And upon the performance of all of the terms and conditions and the exercise of the option as set forth in said Leasc by the said party of tnc second part, the party of th~ first part does hereby authorize ANN K.
