WHfREAS, the st. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has
recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
t~at the hereinafter described requests for change in zoning classi-
fications be granted, and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on said reco~mendations on March 26, 1963, after first pub-
lishinq a notice of said hearing in The News Tribune on the 11th day
of March, 1963, said date being at least 15 days prior to the date
of said hearing.
NOW, TlffiREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Corrmis-
sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 26th day of
March, 1963, as follows:
That the zoning of the following deBcribed property, to-wit:
Lots 1 through 8, W! of Lot 9, Lots 13 through 24, Blocr 5
of Wilmared Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 8, page
31 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
he and the same is hereby changed from R-IC to the new classification
of R-2.
That the zoning of the following described property, to-wit:
All of Block 2, except Lots 21 and ?2 of Sunrise Park Sub-
Division No.1, as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 42, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
be and the sa~e is he reby changed from R -lC to the new class if ica tion
of B-2.
That the zoning of the following described property, to-wit:
The NEt of the swt of the NWt of the SEt of Section 20, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 East,
be and the same is hereby changerl from R-IC to the new classification
of R-3.
