WAR RAN T Y D E ~ D THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 29th day of March, A.D., 1963, by HOWARD w. SAMPSON and HELEN D. SAMPSON, his wife, - ~lLLIAM F. SAMPSON and RONITA L. SAMPSON, his wife, - and EMERSON G. SAMP~ON and IRIS T.SAHPSON, his wife, hereinafter called the Grantor, to JOHN W. BLAN~F.NSHIP and KATIE L. BLANKENSHIP, hi~ wife, whose postoffice address is 3235 Leonard Street, Silver Lake ~states, Ft.Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee: WI TNESSETH : That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the Sum of $1.00 and other valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby ack- nowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, land conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that certain/situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: Lot 11, Block 3, SILVER LAKE PARK SUBDIVISI0N, AS recorded in Plat Book 10 at page 4, Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida; S~bject to that presently existing mortgage to First Federal Savings Bnd Loan Association of Ft.Pierce, which the Grantees herein assume and agree to pay. TOGETHER with all the t~nements, hereditaments and appurtenances there- to belonging or in any wise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
