, 1963, by and between the STATE ROAD DEPARTMENT
OF FLORIDA, hereinafter called the Licensor, and the CENTRAL AND
SOUTHERN FLORIDA FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate created
by the Acts of the Legislature of Florida, 1949, with its principal
office at 901 Evernin street and whose mailing address is P. O.
Box 1671, West Palm Beach, of the County of Palm Beach, in the
State of Florida, hereinafter called the Licensee,
WIT N E SSE T H:
That for and in consideration of the mutual covenants,
premises and agreements herein made, the Licensor hereby grants to
the Licensae a license to construct and hlaintain a drainage canal,
culverts, flood control structures and facilities incidental th~reto
on the following portion of the right of way and property of the
Licensor, located in st. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
A portion of the right of way of state Road No. 68
in Section 8, Township 35 South, Range 38 East,
being more specifically described as fol10ws:

From th~ East one-quarter corner of said Section 8,
bear North 2002'26" West a distance of 80.60 feet
to the North right of way line of said State Road
No. 68: thence North 89053'14" West along said
No~th right of way line a distance of 150 feet to
the Point of Beginning: thence continue North
89053'14" West along said North right of way line
a distance of 13~ feetr thence South 0"09'40" East
a distance of 90 feetr thence South 89053'14" East,
parallel to eaid North right of way line, a distance
of 135 feet: thence North 0009'40" West a distance
of 90 feet to the Point of Beginningr
