Pleaae take notice that SUNSET PARK DEVELOPMENT
CORP., through ita uno.orsigned attorney. does hereby accelerate.
and that the entire unpaid balance. together with the j~tereat
due thereon now due and payable on that certain promissory note
and purchase money mortgage now held by it. given by CARL E.
MARKEL and RITA MARKEL. his wife. to SUNSET PARK DEVELOPMENT
CORP.. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Florida. in the principal amount of $3.000.00. together wi~
interest from date at the rate of 6.75~ per annum, dated ..
February 16th, 1960, the first paymeni of which was due on
March 15th, 1960 in the amount of $22.63 per month. and which.
mortgage was recorded February 19th, 1960 in Mortgage Book
163 at page 274 of the public record~ of St. Lucie Co~~ty.
Florida; said mortgage encumbering the following described
land. to-wit:
Lot 11 of Block 3 of tho RE-PLAT OF SUNSET PARK
SUBDIVISION. as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 11. at page 28 of the public records of St.
Lucie County. Flo ri da,
for the reason that the payments due on May 15th. 1962 and
subsequent months were not made pursuant to the t'rma of said
note and mortgage, together with other breaches of encumbrances
of said mortgage.
Please bE" furth er advised that the said note and mortgage
has been placed in the hands of tha undersigned attorney for
collection, that the Continuation of Abstract has beml ordered.
and that Complaint to foreclose said mortgage is now being
prepared and will be filed within the next few days.
