PARTIAL RELr:A.SE OF EASFJiENT
In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, AMF,JUCAN TELEPHONE AND TELEGlUPH COMPANY, aNew. York corporation,
hereby releases and relinquishes to EDNA GLANTZ, her successors and assigns, with
respect to the real property hereinafter described, all the easement rights,
privilege and authority grant~d to it under a certain instrument executed by
Hattie E. Chamberlin on August 23, 1929 as recorded in Deed Book 81 Page 155 on
September 4, 1929, St. Lucie County. The said real property above referred to is
described as follows:
Lot 67 of Hal'a Villa Gardens Subdivision as recorded in Plat Rook 7,
Page 19 of the putlic records of St. Lucie County, rlorida.
'!'his release shall not operate as a release of any of the rights granted by said
instrument with respect to any other property described in said instrument.
