EXECUTOR'S DEED
TIU S INDE~TURE executed the':; t.:>! day of l-tarch, 1962,
between ZIGMUND A. MILOS, as Executor of the Estate of ~~DREW J.
MILOS, party of the first part, and ~IG}ruND A.MILOS and RAYMOND
J. MILOS, parties of the second part.
WITNEG3 said party of the first part by Petition applied
to the County Judge in and for St. Lucie County for the entry of
an Order of distribution and final discharge; and the pleadings
in said Petition having applied to and found by said Judge to be
reasonable and proper and the said Petition true, said court en-
cA
tered an Order dated the )vO~ay of March, 1962, directing said
party of the first part to distribute, surrender, transfer and
assign the said real estate to the party of the second part.
NON, therefore, in compliance with the above and fore-
going Order, the party of the first part has sold and conveyed and
by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
said second parties, their h~irs and assigns, all of that tract or
parcel of land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows:
northwest corner of Section 3, TONnship 35
South, Range 40 East, run South 00 deg. ooi' East on
Section line dividing Sections 3 and 4 for a distance
of 594.8 feet to a point which is on the South side of
a 50 foot street as shown on the Plat of Hillside
Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 7, page 42, public
,( recordR of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the point of
beginning. From said point of beginning continue South
00 deg. oat' East on said Section line a distance of
267.0 feet, thence North 68 deg. 32~r East to the West
right-of-way line of the new U. S.~ Highway No.1, thence
run in a Northwesterly direction along said West right-
of-way line to the South sid~ of the above mentioned
str~ in Hil1sid~ Subdivision, thence run along the
South side of said street in a westerly direc~ion to the
point of beginning.
together with all the appurtenai1ces thereto belonging or in allY
wise appertaining, to have and to hold the same in as full and
