Hailway right of way lying in Section 36, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 4.56 chains North of the Southwest corner of Section 36,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, thence running North on the Section line
4.36 chains, thence East parallel with the South boundary of Section, 22.10
chains to Indi:m" River, thence Southeasterly along said River 4.65 chains,
thence West to point of beginning.

EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the right of way of the Florida East Coast Railway and
public roads.
