!tOSE ANN LONG, his wife, to FLOYD W. BURKET, recorded April 14th,
1962 in Official Record Book 34, page 320 of the public records of
St, Lucie County, Florida, in thft original principal amount of
$4,482.16.
lA, Mortgage dated December 12th, 1961 given by ARTHUR E. ROSS
and IRENE ROSS, his wife, to FLOYD W, BURKET, recorc ~ December 14th,
1961 in Official Record Book 25 at page 130 of the public records of
St, Lucie County, Florida, in tbe original principal amount of
$2,799.94.
The above Mortgages, together with the notes that they
secure are assigned upon the condition that if the said $16,000.00
note and mortgage becomes delinquant for more than 60 days, the
said Trustee shall assign without recourse the said 14 mortgages
and the notes that they secure to the ST. LUCIE MORTGAGE COMPANY
and that upon the further consideration that if the said $16,000.00
mortgage and note is paid in full p~ursuant to the terms thereof,
that the said Trustee shall reassign to FLOYD W. BURKET without
recourse, the said 14 Mortgagee and the notes that. they secure.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD that this Assignment of Additional
Collateral in no way impairs the full obligations due under the
said $16,000.00 note and mortgage in the even'~ it becomes necessary
to foreclose them and that the Trustee herein is not personally
liable for any action or non a~tion he takes in connection with
the execution of this trust.
The said FLOYD W. BURKET hereby agrees to furnish the
sajd ST. LUCIE MORTGAGE COMPANY quarterly reports 8S to the balance
and condition of the second mortgages and their first mortgages and
to a~ply all prepayments thereon to the said $16,000.00 note and
mortgage.
